TECHNOLOGOS: THE NEW YORKER Lampoon by Barry Blitt Swift style satire OBAMAs cartoon

The NEW YORKER Barry Blitt Swift style satire of OBAMAs cartoon created controversy
discussed by huffington Post editors Feldman & Rachel Sclar who interviewd the New Yorker Editor David Remnick and corresponded with cartoonist Barry Blitt who defended the contra issue.

Remnick has approved several provocative covers in the past as an illustration of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad appearing to solicit gay sex in a bathroom -- isn't concerned Americans will misunderstand the illustration.
" I think you underestimate the intelligence of the American people, to be quite honest. Yes, there will be some people who will misunderstand it, not get it at first," he said." And so in fact we're not even satirizing the Obamas, we're satirizing these rumors, the lies that have fed into the politics of fear."
